You will usually be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return. A full refund can only be given if all products are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition. If the goods are used, worn, washed or damaged there may be any deductions from the purchase amount or there is no obligation to take the goods back.
Please note: If you used a gift card and another payment method when placing your order, the amount will first be credited to the gift card when you return the item—the remainder will be refunded to the payment method you used.
